Terms of Service

1. Agreement and service

These Terms govern your use of InstaAudit at instaaudit.org. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use InstaAudit on behalf of a business or client, you must have authority to act on their behalf.

InstaAudit is subscription software for Instagram profile and content audits, AI-assisted analysis and recommendations, competitor benchmarking, and reports. Features depend on your plan and the data available. Agency also provides team workspaces for managing client profiles, shared audits, and private report sharing. InstaAudit is independent of Instagram and Meta and is not endorsed by or affiliated with them.

2. Accounts and authorized data

Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and for managing access to your workspaces and shared reports. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Only submit profiles and content that you are authorized to access and use. Obtain any permissions needed for client work and comply with applicable privacy, intellectual property, and platform rules. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

3. Commercial use and Agency client work

Subject to these Terms and your plan limits, InstaAudit grants you a non-exclusive right to access and use the service for personal and commercial purposes. You may use audit results, recommendations, and reports in your business, marketing, consulting, and paid client work. You may copy, adapt, and share those outputs with your clients, including exports where your plan includes them, subject to any third-party rights in the underlying content.

The Agency plan expressly permits agencies and their invited team members to manage client profiles, run client audits, and share reports as part of paid services. Workspace membership, client limits, and available features are described on our pricing page. Use team invitations to provide workspace access instead of sharing account credentials.

You retain rights in content you provide. You permit us to process that content as needed to deliver the service. InstaAudit retains its rights in the software, interface, and branding. Permission to use reports commercially does not grant permission to resell access to the software, sublicense your account, or claim ownership of InstaAudit or third-party content.

4. Plans, payment, and renewal

Free, Starter, Pro, and Agency plans provide different audit allowances and features, as shown on the pricing page. The checkout displays your selected plan, billing interval, price, and applicable taxes before payment. Paid access begins after payment is verified. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval unless canceled before renewal.

Where checkout is provided by Creem, Creem acts as the merchant of record and handles payment processing and applicable transaction taxes. Payment and purchase terms shown at checkout also apply. You authorize recurring charges for your subscription. Failed payments may interrupt paid access. Any change to your renewal price will be communicated before it takes effect so you can choose whether to continue.

Plan changes requested through our billing page take effect at the next billing cycle after payment is verified. Your current paid plan remains available through its verified paid period.

5. Cancellation and refund requests

You can stop renewal using Cancel subscription in Billing & subscriptions. For Creem purchases, that page also links to the customer portal for payment details and invoices. Cancellation stops future renewals; verified paid access continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund or payment reversal ends that access earlier.

Cancellation does not itself issue a refund. For a refund request, duplicate charge, or service problem, contact support@instaaudit.org with your account email and order reference. Requests are reviewed based on the purchase and issue and, for Creem purchases, handled with Creem. These Terms do not limit any refund, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that apply by law or under the purchase terms shown at checkout.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use InstaAudit for unlawful activity, harassment, infringement, or unauthorized access to accounts or personal data. Do not bypass access controls or plan limits, disrupt the service, extract credentials, or use automation that interferes with other customers. An unlimited audit allowance does not permit abuse or bypassing technical security controls. InstaAudit provides analysis software; it does not sell followers, likes, or automated engagement.

7. Analysis and service limitations

Audits depend on available public data and, where authorized, connected account insights. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. AI-assisted scores and recommendations may contain errors and should be reviewed before you rely on them or share them with clients. They do not guarantee follower growth, engagement, revenue, or any particular business outcome. See our scoring methodology for more context.

We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, outages, and changes to third-party services can affect access or features. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free results. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or statutory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Suspension and ending your account

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these Terms, security threats, unlawful use, or unpaid charges. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it. You may stop using the service at any time. Cancel any active renewal before deleting your account through settings. Account deletion and retention are described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will update the date on this page and notify account holders of material changes before they take effect. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may stop using the service and cancel your subscription before the next renewal. Changes do not remove rights already accrued for earlier purchases.
